The English Medical Program (EMP) is a six-year academic journey worth 360 ECTS credits, combining a solid preclinical foundation with extensive clinical training. Designed with excellence and international competitiveness in mind, the EMP incorporates modern teaching methodologies — from traditional lectures and laboratory sessions to interactive, case-based learning and small-group teaching. Clinical training will take place at the University General Hospital of Patras (PGNP), one of the largest hospitals in the country, as well as at the University Health Centre. During the first three years of study, students also receive Greek language courses, ensuring smooth integration into the academic and social life of the country.
