The undergraduate curriculum of the Department of Biology aims to train scientists capable of studying and understanding the evolution of life and its complexity, from the subcellular level to that of the biosphere, as well as to advance the science of biology and its modern applications. At the applied level, it aims to produce learning outcomes and skills that enable graduates to provide services in the fields of Education, Health, and the Environment.
