The Undergraduate Program (UP) of the Department of Electrical and Computer Engineering (DECE) at the School of Engineering of Aristotle University of Thessaloniki (AUTH) is a five-year program consisting of ten (10) academic semesters of full-time, formal education, which includes courses designed to ensure: (i) a foundation in the basic sciences of Electrical and Computer Engineering (ECE), (ii) the development of core courses in the specialization across the entire scope of the ECE curriculum, and (iii) the deepening and consolidation of knowledge at a high level across the scope of the EE/CS specialization. A thesis project lasting at least one academic semester is required. Successful completion of the Department’s curriculum leads to the award of the Diploma in Electrical and Computer Engineering, which constitutes a unified and continuous master’s-level degree (integrated master’s, 300 ECTS credits), at Level 7 of the National and European Qualifications Framework.
