The primary mission of the undergraduate program at the School of Mechanical Engineering of Aristotle University of Thessaloniki is to provide students with a comprehensive scientific and technological education, so that they acquire a strong foundation in the fundamental principles of mechanical engineering (such as mathematics, physics, thermodynamics, and mechanics), as well as specialized knowledge in its core areas (energy, design, and industrial management). At the same time, the program aims to develop analytical and synthetic thinking, the ability to solve technical problems, and the application of theory to practice, preparing graduates to practice the engineering profession and to participate in research and technological activities.
