The primary mission of the undergraduate program of the Department of Economics at the Athens University of Economics and Business is to promote and impart economic knowledge, with the aim of training scholars capable of understanding and analyzing economic phenomena at the national and international levels. The program seeks to provide solid theoretical and methodological knowledge, the development of analytical and critical thinking, and to familiarize students with contemporary tools of economic analysis, so that they can meet the demands of the labor market and scientific research, while contributing to economic and social development.
