The study program of the Department has been designed to prepare highly qualified professionals for businesses and organizations, capable of successfully addressing the complexity of current and future technological, economic, and social challenges. For this reason, the program emphasizes the interdisciplinary integration of technological, economic, and administrative scientific fields. More specifically, the aim of the Department is to develop professionals with fundamental knowledge of management science, complemented by skills and competencies in managing and utilizing modern technologies, as well as the necessary managerial and leadership abilities. With this combination of knowledge and skills, graduates will be able to make and effectively implement strategic and operational decisions, which by their nature require an interdisciplinary approach. From the above, it becomes clear that the distinctiveness and originality of the Department’s study program lie in the integration of a modern quantitative and technological background with advanced managerial knowledge and skills offered to students. This enables the graduates of the Department to be highly competitive in the labor market, as they will be capable of effectively addressing multidimensional managerial and business issues in a rapidly changing, highly competitive, and technologically advanced environment.
