The undergraduate program of the Department of Dietetics and Nutrition covers the science of dietetics -Nutrition, across the entire spectrum of the term “diet,” from nutrients and foods to lifestyle, with a focus on people and health. The program aims to train scientists who will apply the Science of Dietetics -Nutrition, with the goal of improving dietary habits and nutritional status for both individuals and population groups, whether healthy or ill, across all age ranges and in the areas of both disease prevention and treatment.
