The mission of the undergraduate study program of the Department of Geography of the Harokopio University of Athens is to provide comprehensive education in geographical science, combining theoretical knowledge, fieldwork, and laboratory applications. The program aims to develop multidisciplinary scientific thinking and specialized technical skills, with emphasis on understanding and addressing contemporary issues such as climate change, natural hazards, sustainable development, and socio-economic transformations, while also promoting the use of modern data analysis methods and geospatial tools.
