The mission and objectives of the undergraduate study program of the Department of Nutrition and Dietetics Sciences of the Hellenic Mediterranean University focus on developing and disseminating modern scientific knowledge in the field of human nutrition and dietetics through student education. The program aims to provide a strong theoretical foundation, integrate current scientific advancements into the curriculum, and offer high-level laboratory and practical training using modern technologies. At the same time, it seeks to develop skills and competencies that enable students to apply and advance modern methods in nutrition and dietetics, compete in national and international environments, participate in research activities, and contribute to the protection and restoration of human health through nutrition.
