The purpose of the program is to provide knowledge and skills in the management of business and organizational systems (both private and public), in such a way as to enhance their effective contribution to the operation of these entities and enable them to take leadership initiatives in potential technological or organizational changes required for the adaptation of the enterprise or organization to the rapidly evolving international environment. More specifically, the program aims to produce graduates who combine theoretical and practical knowledge necessary for the management of modern businesses and organizations (both private and public). The globalization of economic activity, European integration, and the development of the new economy have increased the demand, on the part of modern economic units, for specialized human resources capable of analyzing, synthesizing, and acting effectively within the complex conditions that characterize the contemporary world of businesses and organizations.
