The purpose of the “Tourism Management” program is to provide theoretical and practical knowledge that ensures high-quality education for a professional career in the tourism sector, while promoting innovation and entrepreneurship in one of the most important sectors of the Greek economy. The program, characterized by its interdisciplinary approach, aims to develop well-trained professionals, meet the needs of the labor market, advance research in tourism, and expand access to higher education through distance learning, especially for those already working in the field, while also enhancing the competitiveness and educational offering of the Hellenic Open University.
