The Undergraduate Study Program of the Department aims to prepare versatile General Nurses with specialized scientific knowledge and technical skills, so that they are able to: • promote, protect, maintain, and restore the health of individuals, families, and communities, • apply evidence-based clinical nursing practice based on modern scientific developments, • participate in and develop research in the field of nursing and health sciences, • actively contribute to education and lifelong learning both for themselves and for other health professionals, • undertake roles in management and organization of nursing services, • work effectively in interdisciplinary and multicultural environments.
