The Undergraduate Study Program (USP) of the Department of Nutritional Sciences and Dietetics has been implemented since 2019 (approved by decision no. 7/31-07-2019 of the Governing Committee of the International Hellenic University) and applies to students admitted to the Department from 2019 onwards, who upon graduation will be awarded a University Degree (BSc level). It is a modern study program with specialized teaching units in areas such as: (i) the impact of nutrition on the development, maintenance, and health of the human body, (ii) the composition, technology, processing, distribution, and legislation of foods, and (iii) the design and preparation of diets for normal and pathological conditions. The curriculum is also supported by courses of fundamental knowledge (Chemistry, Biology, Statistics, and Informatics) as well as courses in Management, Economics, and Humanities.
