The Department of Port Management and Shipping of the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens aims to provide high-quality interdisciplinary education and to produce innovative research in the fields of shipping, port management, and logistics. At the same time, it seeks to actively contribute to the “Blue Growth” of the economy, emphasizing sustainability, environmental protection, and social responsibility. The Department also focuses on continuously improving the quality of teaching and research, strengthening links with the labor market through internships and collaborations, and enhancing the employability of its graduates.
