The Undergraduate Programme of the Department of Cultural Technology and Communication at the University of the Aegean aims to provide modern interdisciplinary education in the fields of cultural informatics, digital communication, and cultural technologies. The four-year programme, structured in eight academic semesters and 240 ECTS credits, combines theoretical knowledge with practical and laboratory-based training, emphasizing the creative use of information technologies, interactive media, virtual and augmented reality, digital cultural heritage, and cultural communication. Its mission is to educate graduates with strong scientific, technological, and creative skills, capable of pursuing professional and research careers in the fields of culture, digital media, and innovation.
