The Undergraduate Programme of the Department of Wine, Vine and Beverage Sciences at the University of West Attica aims to provide high-level interdisciplinary education in the fields of viticulture, oenology, and beverage technology, combining scientific knowledge, technological specialization, and applied research. The four-year programme, structured into eight academic semesters, covers areas such as wine and beverage production and quality, biotechnology, quality assurance, environmental management, marketing, and business administration within the sector. Its mission is to educate scientists with modern technological and research skills, capable of meeting the demands of the international wine and beverage industry and contributing to the sustainable development of the sector.
