The Undergraduate Programme of the Department of Psychology at the University of Western Macedonia has a duration of eight (8) academic semesters and awards 240 ECTS credits. The programme aims to provide high-level education in psychology, combining theoretical knowledge, research training, and applied practical experience. It covers major and specialized fields of psychology, including clinical, cognitive, social, and developmental psychology, as well as psychometrics and research methodology. Its mission is to educate psychologists with strong academic and research backgrounds, professional ethics, and social awareness, capable of contributing to mental health, well-being, and scientific advancement.
