The Undergraduate Programme of the Department of Primary Education at the University of Western Macedonia has a duration of eight (8) academic semesters and awards 240 ECTS credits. The programme aims to provide high-level education in educational sciences and primary teacher education, combining theoretical knowledge, teaching methodology, research orientation, and practical training. It covers areas such as pedagogy, psychology, teaching methods, and educational technology. Its mission is to educate teachers with strong academic and pedagogical backgrounds, capable of meeting the contemporary needs of primary education and contributing to the improvement of learning processes and society.
