The Undergraduate Programme of the Department of Computer Science at the University of Western Macedonia has a duration of eight (8) academic semesters and awards 240 ECTS credits. The programme aims to provide high-level education in computer science, informatics, and communication technologies. It combines theoretical knowledge, laboratory specialization, and applied research in areas such as programming, computer networks, information systems, artificial intelligence, and internet applications. Its mission is to educate scientists with strong technological and academic backgrounds, capable of designing, developing, and managing modern computing and communication systems that meet the needs of the labour market and the digital society.
