The Undergraduate Study Program of the Department of Environment at the University of Thessaly has a duration of eight (8) semesters and aims to provide comprehensive scientific education in the field of environmental sciences and sustainable development. The program combines theoretical knowledge with practical application, offering students expertise in environmental protection and management, ecosystems, pollution control, climate change, renewable energy sources, and environmental management technologies. Through laboratory courses, research activities, practical training, and an interdisciplinary approach, students develop analytical, planning, and problem-solving skills to address contemporary environmental challenges.
