The Undergraduate Study Programme of the Department of Economics of the University of Thessaly consists of eight (8) academic semesters and corresponds to 240 ECTS credits. The programme aims to provide comprehensive scientific knowledge in the fields of economic theory, applied economics, finance, and business analysis. It seeks to develop analytical and critical thinking, research and quantitative skills, as well as an understanding of contemporary economic and social developments, preparing graduates for careers in the public and private sectors, organizations, businesses, and research institutions.
