The Undergraduate Study Programme of the Department of Early Childhood Education of the University of Thessaly consists of eight (8) academic semesters and corresponds to 240 ECTS credits. The programme aims to provide high-quality scientific and pedagogical education in the field of early childhood education, with emphasis on connecting theory and practice, fostering critical thinking, and shaping well-rounded and democratic educators. The curriculum combines theoretical training, teaching practice, and research activity, preparing graduates with knowledge and skills related to the education and care of preschool children, the development of learning environments, and the use of modern pedagogical and digital tools.
