The Undergraduate Study Programme of the Department of Business Administration of the University of Macedonia consists of eight (8) academic semesters and corresponds to 240 ECTS credits. The programme aims to provide comprehensive scientific and professional education in the fields of business administration, organization, marketing, finance, and human resource management. The curriculum combines theoretical knowledge, quantitative methods, and applied skills, preparing graduates capable of analysing the modern business environment, making strategic decisions, and implementing innovative management practices. At the same time, it promotes entrepreneurial thinking, leadership skills, teamwork, and adaptability to the demands of the contemporary labour market.
