The undergraduate program of the Department of Balkan, Slavic and Oriental Studies at the University of Macedonia aims to provide interdisciplinary knowledge regarding the history, politics, economy, international relations, and culture of Southeastern Europe, the Balkans, and Eastern Europe. Its objective is to educate graduates with a strong theoretical background, language skills, and analytical abilities, enabling them to pursue careers in diplomacy, international organizations, business, education, and research. The mission of the program is to promote scientific knowledge and intercultural understanding, preparing graduates to respond effectively to the international and geopolitical challenges of the modern era.
