The Undergraduate Study Programme of the Department of Physics at the University of Patras aims to provide comprehensive theoretical, laboratory, and research-oriented education in physical sciences, fostering analytical thinking, mathematical reasoning, and scientific methodology. The programme covers fundamental and modern areas of physics, including classical and modern physics, quantum mechanics, electromagnetism, astrophysics, materials physics, and applied physics, combining theory with experimental practice. At the same time, it prepares graduates for careers in education, research, technology, energy, and other highly specialized scientific and technological fields.
