The Undergraduate Study Programme of the Department of Economics at the University of Piraeus aims to provide comprehensive and modern education in economic sciences, with emphasis on understanding market operations, economic policy, and the international economy. The programme combines theoretical training and quantitative methods in areas such as microeconomics, macroeconomics, finance, econometrics, international trade, and economic analysis, preparing graduates to analyze economic data and make evidence-based decisions in public and private organizations. At the same time, it fosters research and analytical skills that meet the demands of the modern economy and the global market.
