The Undergraduate Study Programme of the Department of Philology at the University of Peloponnese aims to provide comprehensive theoretical, linguistic, and literary education in the fields of Greek language, literature, and classical, Byzantine, and modern Greek philology. The programme combines the study of linguistic and literary phenomena with the development of research and analytical skills, fostering critical thinking, interpretative ability, and cultural awareness. At the same time, it prepares graduates for careers in education, research, culture, text editing, and other fields related to language and the humanities.
