The Undergraduate Study Programme of the Department of Food Science and Technology at the University of Peloponnese aims to provide comprehensive scientific and technological education in the field of food science, with emphasis on food production, processing, safety, quality, and innovation. The programme combines theoretical knowledge, laboratory training, and practical application in areas such as food chemistry, microbiology, biotechnology, food engineering, and quality assurance, preparing graduates for careers in the food industry, quality control, research, and new product development. At the same time, it fosters innovation and sustainable development within the agri-food sector.
