The Undergraduate Study Programme of the Department of Business and Organization Management at the University of Peloponnese aims to provide modern and comprehensive education in business and organizational management by combining theoretical knowledge with practical application and the use of new technologies. The programme covers areas such as strategic management, marketing, accounting, finance, human resource management, entrepreneurship, and information systems, preparing graduates to make effective managerial decisions and respond to the demands of a modern and competitive business environment. At the same time, it fosters leadership, analytical, innovation, and strategic planning skills, contributing to the development of sustainable and competitive organizations.
