The Undergraduate Study Programme of the Department of Social Anthropology at the Panteion University of Social and Political Sciences aims to study human beings, culture, and social relations through the anthropological perspective. The programme provides theoretical and research training in issues such as cultural diversity, social identities, gender, migration, religion, kinship, globalization, and social transformations. Particular emphasis is placed on the development of research skills through qualitative methods and fieldwork, as well as on fostering critical thinking and interdisciplinary analysis of social phenomena. The programme prepares students for professional and research careers in fields such as education, social services, cultural organizations, NGOs, research, and the management of social and cultural programmes.
