- holders of a first cycle degree of the first cycle of studies of higher education institutions (Universities and Technical Universities) in Greece or recognized similar institutions abroad.- graduates from the Higher Military Educational Institutions (A.S.E.I.) (Articles 1 and 88 of Law 3883/2010 - Government Gazette 167/A/24.09.2010)- graduates from the Officers' School of the Hellenic Police (par. 5 article 38 of Law 4249/2014 - Government Gazette 73/A/24.03.2014)- graduates from the Firefighters' School of the Firefighting Academy (paragraph 14 Article 69 Article 69 of Law 4249/2014 2014 - Government Gazette 73/A/24.03.2014) - graduates from the School of Cadet Midshipmen of the Coast Guard - Greek Coast Guard (S.D.S.L.S. - EL.AKT.) (Article 1 PD 75/2018 - Government Gazette 145/A΄/07.08.2018).Also, students with a degree from domestic institutions are accepted, provided that they have completed their obligations and have submitted a relevant certificate by the date of examination of their candidacy by the Committee of the program.
