Holders of first cycle degrees of higher education institutions of the Greek Federation and Holders of first cycle degrees of similar institutions of foreign countries. A Diploma of Postgraduate Studies is not awarded to a student whose first cycle degree from a foreign institution has not been recognized by the Interdisciplinary Organization for the Recognition of Academic and Information Titles (D.O.A.T.A.P.), according to the Law. 3328/2005 (Α' 80).
