Byzantine Philology

Graduates of the Departments of Philology of the Greek or equivalent Departments of similar recognized institutions abroad. In special cases, if they pass the entrance examinations and following the recommendation of the Board of the programme, applications from graduates of other Departments as well as from graduates of higher education institutions of a related subject are accepted. The following are also accepted as extra numerum, if they are positively evaluated according to the procedure provided for in the regulations: one (1) I.K.Y. scholarship holder (domestic scholarships), one (1) foreign scholarship holder of the Greek state and all candidates who are equal to the last successful candidate.
