Categories of candidates, in accordance with Article 34 par. 1, 7 and 8 of Law 4485/2017 that can be admitted to the Postgraduate Studies Programme are:1. holders of first cycle qualifications of higher education institutions and technical universities of the national territory.2. Holders of first cycle degrees from similar institutions in foreign countries. The Diploma of Postgraduate Studies is not awarded to a student whose first cycle degree from a foreign institution has not been recognized by the Interdisciplinary Organization for the Recognition of Academic and Information Titles (D.O.A.T.A.P.), in accordance with Law No. 3328/2005 (Α' 80).3. Members of the categories E.E.P., E.D.I.P. and E.T.E.P., if they meet the requirements of the first subparagraph of par. 1 of Article 34, may be registered as supernumerary and only one per year per MSc, organised in departments of the institution they serve, which is relevant to the degree and the work they carry out in the institution concerned.
