MSc in Medical Engineering and Informatics

The program aims to provide high quality graduate education in Medical Engineering and Informatics, a modern field of medicine, which resulted from the development of information, new engineering technologies and their application in medicine. The aim is to promote interdisciplinary approaches and specialize graduates in areas of technological applications in medicine and enable them to contribute to health care through research, development and services. Courses are based on theoretical, laboratory and practical education, training through knowledge and skills transfer relating both to general research methodology in medical informatics and engineering as well as specialization in applied medical technology.Graduates of Faculties of Sciences, Engineering, Medicine, Health Sciences and University Departments in general with degrees in a field related to the field of specialization of the program are eligible for admission. Also holders of first cycle degrees of similar institutions abroad with degrees in a field related to the field of specialization of the program.
