MSc in Digital Health

The 2-year, full-time MSc in Digital Health at the University of Ioannina, offered in collaboration with the Medical School and FORTH, provides multidisciplinary training for students and professionals from medical, scientific, engineering, and economic backgrounds. The program offers two specialization tracks—Data Experts in Health and Digital Health Transformation—focusing on data engineering, software development, and data modeling in healthcare. Students gain expertise in digital health foundations, ICT, data science, data-driven decision-making, and healthcare research, ethics, and digital transformation, preparing them for advanced roles in healthcare technology, system design, and policy development.Students must be holders of a bachelor's degree or legal equivalent in the master’s scientific area, such as Medical Sciences (B.Med.Sc.), Pharmacology, Exact sciences, Polytechnic schools and Schools of Economics.
