The School of Permanent Naval Petty Officers (SMYN) is a higher military educational institution of the Hellenic Navy dedicated to the education and training of permanent non-commissioned officers for the needs of the fleet and naval services. The School provides military, technical, and operational education in naval operations, technology, administration, and support, developing high-level professional and leadership skills.
