2. PERSONAL DATA
By agreeing to the terms below, you accept the collection and processing of your personal data as follows:
- By applying to the program of the University of your choice, you agree to the disclosure of your profile data to the respective Institution for identification purposes.
- You agree to the use of your personal data for anonymous statistical surveys. Anonymous means that there will be no information to connect your personal data to the respective surveys.
- You agree that under no circumstances will your personal data be disclosed, except to a competent and official Law Enforcement Authority and only for reasons related to Public Safety, such as a suspicion for a crime, misuse of our website etc.
- You agree that, after deleting your personal data, we bear no responsibility for the collection and processing of your data by external pages, on which they have been registered with your consent (e.g. websites of Universities, to which you have applied)
- With regard to your account password, you agree that it is solely your responsibility to keep it confidential and we are not responsible for access to your profile by a third party who becomes aware of the password by you.
If you do not accept these terms, then you cannot complete the creation of an account on Atsig.
